No sign-up fee and no desk fees. Why no sign-up or desk fees? Because it just does not make sense.

Non-Competing Brokers

All office leads go directly to our agents. With a non-competing owner, there is no need to worry about leads not getting distributed. We know the success of our agents means the success of our office!


We offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans you ask? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season agents go can on the commission split. Then when the busy summer arrives agents can switch to the monthly flat rate. A great option isn’t it?


Our leads are generated from a variety of sources that we provide, including our website, social media, the Featured Listings program, Mobile Connect, Reach150, real estate property website profiles, and local marketing tailored to the Treasure Coast Area. These leads are free and exclusively for our agents.
